MRS. ADOLPH WEBER IS CALLED BY DEATH

A heart attack caused the death of Mrs. Adolph WEBER of Mountain Lake, mother of Reinhart, Gottfried and Jacob MEIER of this City. Mrs. WEBER passed away Friday, December 29, and funeral services were held New Year's day at the Trinity Lutheran church in Mountain Lake.

Mary BUSCH was born in Russia on March 17 1886, and came to this country when she was eleven years old. She has made her home in Mountain Lake since that time with the exception of a few years which were spent in Oklahoma. On September 29, 1901, she married David MEIER, who passed away in 1916, and four years later she married Adolf WEBER. Mrs. WEBER was the mother of fourteen children, twelve of whom are still living, and who were able to attend the funeral.

In addition to those named above her children are David of Brodulac, North Dakota; Mrs. Jac. D. HEINITZ of Mountain Lake; Mrs. Reinhard HEINITZ of Sykeston, North Dakota; Mrs. Louis SNEER of Mountain Lake; Mrs. Charles O'NEIL of Denver, Colorado; Mrs. Olaf SANDBO of Darfur, and Ella, Henry and Rosela WEBER of Mountain Lake.

Rosella WEBER of Mountain Lake (My Grandmother), was with her mother while she died, Rosella spoke to me briefly about this, she was scared and didn't know what was really going on because she was only 12. The worst part was they brought her mother home the night before the funeral and placed he in the living room. She was so scared that her mother was going to come back to life. She has a hard time talking about this, so that's as much info as I could get from her.
